Learn how the Navajo Tribal Utility developed and delivered an AED program to a staff of 600 employees in only 15 weeks. Presenter Mary Lowery will explain how she led efforts to create a strong AED program by involving employees to take leadership roles, planning budgeting to support annual equipment updates and creating an employee buy-in strategy.
