Who creates the content in iPi online?
Utility Business Media, the publisher of Incident Prevention Magazine and hosts of the iP Utility Safety Conference recruits leading safety minds in the utility industry to create and present our content. iPi then takes that content and creates learner-friendly formats for you to purchase.
How can I purchase iPi Online content?
You can buy any individual item in our catalog. Once purchase, you have unlimited access to that course until it is archived. (A course is only archived if the information in it becomes obsolete due to changes in rules, regulations or procedures).
After I purchase an item, how much time do I have to watch it?
You have unlimited access to the course with no expiration date. The only exception to this is if we must archive an item due to the information delivered in it being outdated by the implementation of new industry rules and regulations. In other words, if the content in the course is no longer accurate or correct, we will remove it from our catalog.
I have an industry credential (CUSP, CSP, etc.) How can I earn points towards my credential with iPi online?
We offer two ways you can earn credit and points that help you fulfill your credential maintenance requirements. One, you can complete a Course for Credit by watching the course videos and passing the final exam. Additionally, by attending one of our live virtual classrooms, you will also be awarded CUSP credit.
How can I track and keep records of my educational activity?
After you complete a course, you can download a certificate of completion for each course. Additionally, our system keeps records of your educational accomplishments. You can easily generate a report by clicking on this button on your dashboard page.
This will deliver to you a PDF document which provides a comprehensive list of what courses you have started and/or completed.
Do you have a mobile app for Apple and Android mobile devices?
We do have a mobile app for Apple device users that you can download by clicking on the link below. There is not currently an Android app available. However, our LMS platform is fully mobile friendly which means that when you view a course on a phone or tablet, it will automatically resize to the screen size.
