Phil Ragain, The Rad Group
Phillip is a former instructor of ethics and logic at Texas Tech University, with a background in organizational behavior, applied ethics and behavioral safety. As the Director of Research and Development at The RAD Group, Phillip conducts field-research with recent concentration in safety intervention. Phillip is also an organizational assessor, trainer and curriculum developer. He has both developed and co-developed a wide range of training programs that are presently used around the world. He is the author of numerous articles on Safety Culture, Business Ethics, Communication, Behavioral Safety and Safety Intervention.
